We are now looking for summer substitutes at Villa Råsunda in Solna for the summer of 2025. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Villa Råsunda

Everyone who lives with us has some form of mental illness. This can involve many different diagnoses, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Some have never received a diagnosis but have lived a life with mental problems and/or disabilities. Some have lived at home, while others come from various types of group or psychiatric accommodations.

Our staff has special competence regarding mental disabilities. We work with a focus on freedom, responsibility, and influence for the individual. We design support and activities according to each individual's wishes and conditions.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support but also a talent for meeting people in different situations.

- are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility.

- enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
