Four preschool departments, 3+1 departments with completely mixed-age groups in a centrally good location by Tanto in pleasant premises with two nice yards.

And even though our little WilmerAlda is located about 150 m further down the street, we have the same operations there.. and that department is as integrated with us as we are with them.

Only engaged and competent women and men as colleagues with a high level of education, and we work for and see ourselves as a common "We" group.

Clear goals, structure, and evaluation methods. High professionalism in preschool work with various pedagogical foundations, and common projects and themes, along with pedagogical documentation permeate the operations.

Our premises and yards are pedagogically and pleasantly imaginatively furnished environments to stimulate both children and adults.

You will participate in a reflection group composed of educators from all four departments in addition to your own planning time.

Two planning days and two development days per year, and all development/training in line with our jointly set goals.

Staff meetings during the day with colleagues from all four departments once a month for pedagogical or practical development issues.

Preschool manager, principal/owner, solely responsible for WilmerAlda.

We ensure that we also regularly have fun and feel good together, and WilmerAlda covers the costs.

AND WHO ARE YOU...who wants to be the Department Manager at our little unit 150 m further down the street?

You have the ability to give of yourself in a professional emotional closeness to both children and adults. You are solution-oriented and enjoy discussing both serious and light topics. You still want to learn, develop, and are curious!

You should have extensive experience in collaborating and building a team spirit for your group based on what we all agree on together. You should be able to work independently and initiate various tasks based on your and our established educational and curriculum goals.

As the department manager, you have the ultimate responsibility for organizing and structuring the department's work and following up on your performance based on our clear job descriptions.

You use imaginative and creative creation both in your work with children and to build a playful preschool environment both indoors and outdoors. You work with pedagogical documentation and know what Reggio Emilia's pedagogy is about!

You have experience, professionalism, and a great commitment to the pedagogical work and content of preschool.

You will be part of the management team and help influence the planning and organization together with me as the school manager and the deputy principal and other department managers. You will receive the support you need until you feel more at home with WilmerAlda's fundamental structure and culture.

You enjoy participating in a give-and-take to continue to maintain WilmerAlda as a good, pleasant, and joyful workplace.

You want to work towards set goals and are clear in speech and writing, and you have the courage to handle dialogue even in more difficult conversations. You also need to be fairly proficient in today's digital tools and preferably Office 365.

We would like to have younger middle-aged applicants as many of us are older, even though we are young and curious at heart!

We would like an application and presentation of you in your role as a preschool teacher but also that you tell us about yourself and your life situation as well as your qualities as a private person!

We would also like your desired salary request for full-time as well as at least two references.

You must also fully master the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
