Workplace Description

Welcome to us at Hägersten-Älvsjö home care. We provide municipal home care in the district.

The staff is divided into 5 work teams that operate in different geographical areas. The unit consists of approximately 180 employees who work days, evenings, and weekends.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant, you will provide good care and social support to our clients according to decisions made by the assistance officer. You will help and support the care recipients in their daily lives to promote their functional ability and assist with their social contacts. The client's participation and self-determination are the focus to create security and enable them to stay in their homes. You will also have contact with relatives, participate in care planning, write implementation plans, and social documentation.

Qualifications

• You should have a nursing assistant education within the nursing program, health and medical care with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• You should have experience in documenting and creating implementation plans.
• A B driver's license is an advantage.
• You should be able to cycle.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
• Good telephone and computer skills are a requirement.
