We are now looking for several substitutes for our team. About Hermanstorpsvägen Group Home The unit houses 6 individuals, target group 1, 9 § 9 LSS. All individuals live in their own apartments with 2 rooms and a kitchen and have access to a shared living room and kitchen. The group home is located close to public transport, commuter trains, and buses.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

Coordinators nearby who spend part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or other equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
