Who are you?

Nexer in Västerås needs to strengthen the team with more Electrical Engineers.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer. You will work with one of our clients in Arboga, where you, as a test engineer, will work closely with hardware, electronics, and electrical systems. Part of the role involves developing automated tests and simulation models, so experience in test development is a significant plus. You will also work on documenting test results and reviewing requirements and specifications.

Another significant plus is if you have experience working in the defense industry.

For this role, a technical education such as a master's or bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, power engineering, or equivalent is advantageous.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement.

As a person, you are meticulous and structured while being communicative and easy to collaborate with. You listen to others' ideas and contribute your insights in an open and receptive manner.

The assignments are with our clients operating in both the public and private sectors. Many of our private sector clients are building tomorrow's products and are involved in power engineering, the defense industry, and automated industry. In the public sector, we have clients across the country. As a consultant, you will work either on-site with the client, in our own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination. You will work independently on the assignment or be part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
