About Villa Roos Park

Villa Roos Park is a residence with 63 apartments for people with dementia.

We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We schedule for 10 weeks at a time.
• We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.
