Sales Associates Wanted for Stores in Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Vänersborg

We are looking for more Sales Associates for our various stores in the area around Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Vänersborg. As a Sales Associate, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You will be assigned to a retail chain and will move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, Lindex, etc.

Job Responsibilities

As a sales associate, you will be involved in all regular tasks in the store, such as sales at the checkout and on the sales floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a REQUIREMENT that you have another primary occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed upper secondary education.
• You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with personal sales experience in retail.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
