ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for a dedicated personal assistant for our client in Vänersborg. The position is 30%, with the possibility of working more. The work will primarily be scheduled on weekday evenings, but you will also work one weekend a month.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM on weekdays
• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekends

Start date and introduction will be agreed upon.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a sociable girl in her 20s who lives with her family. She has epilepsy, autism, ADHD, and an intellectual disability. Her verbal language is limited, and she cannot express herself in complete sentences, but she often responds briefly to specific questions. For longer walks, she uses a wheelchair as an aid.

Our client needs support in most parts of her daily life, and your tasks as an assistant may include:

• Helping with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing

Our client is an active person who enjoys both nature and small outings in everyday life. She likes to spend time outdoors and enjoys walking, playing football, or grilling sausages in the woods. Small outings to the city to visit the library, shop, or have lunch are also things she values. She also has a great interest in music and singing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Can tolerate chlorine and is a good swimmer
• Non-smoker
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in healthcare, as a personal assistant or equivalent
• Experience working with epilepsy

Employment rate: 30% with the possibility of working more.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
