Your Responsibilities

Växjöbuss is now looking for flexible and service-oriented bus drivers who want to drive demand-responsive traffic as needed. This is a perfect part-time job for retired drivers, students, or anyone who prefers to work irregularly and on demand. Here you will have the opportunity to experience a varied and rewarding workday where no trip is the same.

As a bus driver at Växjöbuss, you will drive a variety of different types of charter trips, from sports teams going to matches, happy groups on excursions, to other assignments both within Sweden and out into Europe. Work shifts may occur on weekdays and weekends, making it a flexible option for those who want a varied job.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a bus driver's license and experience driving a bus, but above all, a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude. You are an important part of the travelers' experience, and your sense of service and professionalism makes a difference. You enjoy variation and appreciate that no day is the same. Flexibility is important, and you should be able to step in as needed.
