Apotekstjänst is an entrepreneurial and growing company specializing in the production of dose-packaged medications. We deliver dose medications to approximately 200,000 patients from our modern production facility in Lidingö, Stockholm. Over the past few years, Apotekstjänst has won several major contracts, and we are now looking for new dedicated employees who want to be part of our continued development.

Team Leader Pharmacy – Develop in an operational leadership role!

Do you want to combine your pharmaceutical expertise with a developing leadership role in a dynamic production environment? With us, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence daily operations while developing alongside the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the group leaders in achieving set goals and lead and distribute daily work.
• With positivity and energy, coach and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup.
• Together with the group leaders, hold pulse meetings and other production meetings.
• All operational pharmaceutical tasks in the department, including approving full packages, approving dose documentation, and correcting dose bags.

Who are we looking for?

You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a clear interest in leadership. You enjoy working operationally, are communicative, and are driven to solve problems and achieve results together with others.

• Licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Experience in dosage, pharmaceutical production, or e-commerce is an advantage.

The position is a full-time employment. Work hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 19:00.

Location: Gåshaga, Lidingö.
