Storeman for the Service Section

F 7 is looking for a Storeman for the Service Section within the Logistics Unit, located at the Supply Department in Såtenäs.

As a storeman in the Service Section, you will be part of a team that handles service assignments and logistics support to the units in the Såtenäs Garrison. Our daily work is characterized by varied tasks and direct customer contacts. You will manage administrative accounting systems in a digital environment, which forms the basis of the entire work process.

Main Responsibilities

The overall work mainly involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials for operations within the Swedish Armed Forces. The tasks include actively following up on material handling and managing daily customer contacts. Digital systems such as SAP-PRIO and LIFT are used to support our material accounting.

You will continuously participate in the development of the workplace and improvement of work methods. The work is physically varied and heavy lifting is involved.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Approved upper secondary education
• Driving license B for manual transmission
• Good experience working in a digital computer environment including the Office suite
• Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Swedish citizenship

Personal qualities sought include good initiative and collaboration skills, good social skills with a service-oriented attitude, and flexibility. You have a good sense of order, are meticulous, and can work both independently and in a team. Meritorious

• Knowledge and experience from the operations, materials, and material processes of the Swedish Armed Forces
• Knowledge and experience from accounting systems SAP-PRIO and/or LIFT
• Driving license C/CE
• Operator's license for Forklift/Loader
• Operator's license for military vehicles
• Competence certificate for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR-road)
• Completed military service or equivalent basic military training
• Experience from work in a logistics environment e.g. warehouse/storage/parts supply

Travel in service for shorter periods occurs for both work and personal training.

Since both positions and tasks are linked to a war organization, you will also be placed in our logistics organization. This means, among other things, that you will receive training in what is expected of you in a heightened state of readiness.

The Skaraborg Air Wing is a versatile and unique air wing. Here you will find combat aircraft as well as the Swedish Armed Forces' collective resources of transport and special aviation. We conduct basic and position training for conscripted recruits and train all Swedish and foreign Gripen pilots. The unit also participates in many missions.
