Welcome to Villa Joneberg! We are now looking for a nurse for a temporary position. The need will arise during vacations, sick leave, etc. There is an opportunity to work both daytime and on-call, starting from home.

Collaboration and Support You will be part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you will work closely with the group's managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.

Clear Routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.

About Villa Joneberg: Dementia Certification We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and response through Dementia Academy (https://www.vardaga.se/var-aldreomsorg/demens/).

Young Care We have a collaboration with the company Young Care (https://www.vardaga.se/var-aldreomsorg/ung-omsorg-pa-vara-boenden/). This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care engages in various activities with us who work here, to enhance the lives of the residents.

Animals in Care Here we work with animals in care, and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your Experience and Knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
