Do you want to work in our newly renovated kitchen at Restaurant Amelin?

We are looking for a full-time chef starting as agreed.

At Restaurant Amelin, we serve all meals that a conference guest might need, with quality. Our focus is primarily on modern home-cooked meals. Our guests include both overnight and day conference guests as well as the general public.

As a Chef, your expertise and craftsmanship are an important part of our guests' positive experience. Here you will work in a varied environment.

We are looking for someone who

Has a passionate interest in food and good cooking skills.

Is creative and has an eye for detail.

Is flexible and willing to take responsibility.

Can deliver at their best even when it's busy.

Is meticulous and can plan their work efficiently.

Is unpretentious.

Has good knowledge of Swedish.

Has relevant education and/or several years of professional experience as a chef.

Your responsibilities

To prepare dishes that provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience.

Ensure that hygiene and safety procedures are followed.

Contribute to developing and renewing our menu.

Contribute to a passionate, wonderful, and efficient work environment.

Working hours

Varied working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM on both weekdays and weekends. We are not open every weekend, only when we have bookings. We are closed on public holidays and major holidays and also close for certain weeks during summer and Christmas.

Additional information

Due to the lack of public transport connections in the evenings and on weekends, a driver's license and a personal car are required.

Start date as agreed, beginning with a 6-month probationary period.

We have a collective agreement, and the position falls under Kommunal.

The position may be filled before the application period ends.
