Currently, the Staffing Unit is looking for registered nurses for Högland Hospital in Eksjö and also needs district nurses throughout the region.

Your Future Position

You will have a unique opportunity to help continue building the Staffing Unit and a team of staffing nurses within Region Jönköping County.

The position consists of consulting assignments in various operational areas at both hospitals and health centers, with a duration of 1–3 months.

Your tasks include the nursing duties and working methods used at the workplace where you are located. You will collaborate around the patient in a team with colleagues from different professions, aiming to provide good and safe care.

We Are Looking For

You who are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. We welcome both registered nurses and district nurses and would like you to have broad and solid experience within your profession.

If you have experience working in staffing companies, this is a significant advantage, or perhaps you currently work at Ryhov and want to try another hospital. A driver’s license (B) is required as it will be necessary to move between our operations within the county.

The Staffing Unit within Region Jönköping County started in the summer of 2021 with the goals to:

• Improve resource allocation throughout the region during vacancies.
• Reduce external hiring costs.
• Maintain patient safety during vacancies, with staff who are both employed and work within RJL.
• Provide experienced nurses internally and externally with the opportunity to try different operations within the region for professional development.
