Administrator Needed in Central Stockholm

Are you a law student looking for a rewarding and exciting part-time job? We are seeking an administrator for our client in central Stockholm. You will work as a consultant, which means you are employed by us at Manpower but work on-site at our client in central Stockholm.

In this role, you will support the department that works with competence support and agreements. You will handle administrative tasks and contact individuals with ongoing cases at the client. To qualify for the position, you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50%. We prefer that you study law and have at least two years left of your education. You are expected to work two days a week, and how these days are distributed is flexible and determined in dialogue with the client. During the summer, there is an opportunity for more work.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education
• Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Another primary occupation of at least 50%
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
