We are looking for an engaged and empathetic personal assistant for a woman with multiple disabilities in Södertälje. She is deaf and primarily communicates through eye contact and some facial expressions. Knowledge of sign language or signs as support is therefore highly desirable.

The tasks include assisting the woman with personal care such as personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing. Furthermore, the job involves following the routines for managing the woman's home and assisting her with training and leisure activities. A lift is used for all transfers, and aids are available in the home.

Applicants should have previous experience in healthcare and an understanding of what good care means. It is important that you are meticulous in your work and always ensure that the woman is clean and fresh, and that her home is orderly. If you also have a sense of humor and enjoy being playful, you will get along well!

The working hours are around the clock except for the time when the woman is at her daily activities. There is waiting time at night, 8.5 hours.

This position is a part-time job, and you will work as needed. There will be many available shifts throughout May and July. Introduction will take place as soon as possible.
