1st Ship Repairer for Stena Jutlandica
We are looking for a 1st ship repairer for Stena Jutlandica, which operates on the route between Gothenburg and Fredrikshavn. As a repairer, you will belong to the ship's engine department and report to the 1st Ship Engineer, who is responsible for maintenance. The job is very varied, and no day will be like the other!

- HVAC systems
- Steel constructions
What we offer
You will be offered a position on Stena Jutlandica where you, together with colleagues in the engine department, contribute to keeping the ship in the best possible condition. Typically, the schedule is set for 1–2 weeks of work shifts with corresponding time off and vacation.

In the role of 1st repairer, you will work both independently and in a team. Requirements for the position:
- Hold a qualification as experienced engine personnel
- Valid Basic Safety training
- Valid medical certificate for seafarers
- Specific maritime tasks
- Passport and seafarer book
- Welding and lathe skills
- Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
Nice to have but not necessary:
- Forklift license
All certificates and qualifications must meet the requirements according to STCW-Manila.
Good to know
Your regular working hours are during the day, but our operations run around the clock, seven days a week. This means that you may be required to work at any hour of the day, if necessary.
If you proceed in the process, you will undergo a drug test in accordance with our alcohol and drug policy.
