At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool Upptäckaren in Habo. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Educated preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification is a requirement.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You are well acquainted with the curriculum's goals regarding teaching and learning.
• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.
• Previous experience in preschool operations is an advantage.

You have a good ability to create secure relationships with children and guardians.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has all children in focus. Naturally, you thrive in a playful environment. With us, you will be part of a team that works together based on the preschool's curriculum, where you will experience different working methods as well as Norlandia's concepts “Food with Flavor”, “Norlandiaskuttet”, and “GoGreen”. A significant part of our activities takes place outdoors, and outdoor meals occur regularly.

At Norlandia preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings through our digital learning platform.

Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Scope: 100%

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, occasional evenings may occur for meetings and APT.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
