Job Responsibilities

As a sorting staff at Dagab, your main tasks will be:

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Driving forklifts to distribute pallets and cages.
• Reversing with trucks and trailers.

The position is based at Dagab's warehouse in Hisings Backa

NOTE: This position does not include distribution or long-distance driving.

Working Hours

Dagab operates every day of the week during evenings and nights. We expect you to be able to alternate between evening and night shifts. As we primarily seek part-time staff, we see that you can work about 2 shifts/week alongside your studies/other work.

Evening working hours:

• 13:15 - 22:00
• 15:00 - 01:00

Night working hours:

• 20:15 - 05:00
• 22:15 - 05:00

Work begins with two weeks of paid training, with one week scheduled for evenings and the other for nights.

The start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student or has another employment of at least 50%.
• Has previous experience in sorting or as a CE driver.
• Enjoys a physical and active job.

Requirements

• To be hired and employed in this position, you must be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%
• Forklift license
• Forklift training, workplace introduction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, which means you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.
• You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position.

We use Verifieras control tools to ensure that the candidates do not have a background that is incompatible with the current position.

Meritorious

• Forklift license
• CE driving license
• Valid YKB (Professional Driver Competence)
• Valid Digital Driver Card
• Certificate for ADR 1.3
• Certificate for tail lift
• Experience in forklift driving
• Experience in work as a CE driver/similar role
• Experience in reversing with trailers (CE license required).

Personal Qualities

In this assignment, it is important that your tasks are performed properly and that you have a strong commitment and take initiative.

As the work can be physically demanding, it is a plus if you have good physical fitness to work ergonomically correct.
