About the position:

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous cleaner for our housing cooperative. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning stairwells and properties, as well as assisting with simpler management tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning stairwells, entrances, and common areas
• Maintenance of waste rooms
• Reporting any faults and deficiencies
• Simple management tasks such as keeping order outdoors in our courtyards, assisting property managers, and some administrative tasks may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning (preferable but not required)
• Is self-driven, responsible, and meticulous
• Has good collaboration skills and a sense of service
• Enjoys physical work and has an eye for detail
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
