AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003 and is a reputable provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for an engaged respite caregiver who has both training and experience working with children with autism. You will play an important role by being present and supporting him in his daily life. The position is only 8 hours per month and is divided into 2-3 occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Play and take walks
• Provide care and supervision at home or in the local area.
• Facilitate respite for relatives and give them the opportunity for their own activities or rest.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with people and creating meaningful experiences.
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the user and relatives.
• Training and experience working with children with autism
