Occupational Therapist at Söderhamn Health Center
Söderhamn Health Center is a well-established and stable organization providing primary care to our approximately 6,850 registered patients. Our staff is highly engaged and participates in the development of the organization in all its aspects. We are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to be part of our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an occupational therapist with us, you will work to create opportunities for safe and quality care for our patients. You will be responsible for assessment, treatment, and preventive measures for patients with various diagnoses and conditions, both individually and in groups. The work is team-based in close collaboration with physiotherapists, district nurses, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial therapists, and involves both outpatient work and home visits to patients.
As an occupational therapist with us, you will work with:
- assessment and treatment of patients within primary care
- treatment both individually and in groups, in collaboration with other professionals and healthcare and community actors.

QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who can work both independently and in a team. You are attentive, accommodating, and have a strong desire to help others. You take initiative, work goal-oriented, and have the ability to make your own decisions and can independently drive your work forward. Furthermore, we see that you are receptive, communicative, and have good collaboration skills. You should also be open to and interested in change and development, as well as appreciate a varied job in a development-intensive environment.
In the role of occupational therapist, you should:
- be a licensed occupational therapist
- hold a valid driver's license (B).
