The Organizational Office is part of the System Management Unit, which is the Swedish Armed Forces' organization for the management of IT systems, applications, and master data. The unit's task is to maintain and develop secure and robust IT systems aimed at supporting the operational capability of the Swedish Armed Forces. The System Management Unit is an interesting and dynamic operation that offers a good working climate with engaged employees.
About the Section
The Organizational Office is part of the Master Data Office department. The main task of the section is to ensure that the approved organization within the Swedish Armed Forces is present in the PRIO (SAP) system at the right time and in the right place.
The section supports the Headquarters and manages organization-related master data in the PRIO system. The main task of the section is to analyze incoming documentation regarding organizational changes and ensure that they comply with the Swedish Armed Forces' operational regulations. Quality assurance is carried out to ensure that organizational changes can be implemented considering system technical limitations. The section also has a consultative role regarding organizational changes towards all units across the country. The section is also responsible for and conducts training regarding organizational governance.
Main Responsibilities
As a master data specialist, you will analyze and input information. Furthermore, you will organize resources, identify flows, and automate processes in a way that drives the business forward. Planning and implementing changes in master data regarding quality-enhancing measures are also part of the position. Collaboration with other functions and units within the Swedish Armed Forces is also included in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Experience in data administration
- Experience working in Excel
- Experience documenting processes and routines
- Able to lead projects or investigations
- Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing
Personal Qualities

You also need to be solution-oriented and have an analytical side, as well as be able to switch perspectives and understand how processes are interconnected. In the team, we work both independently and in groups, which means you should have good collaboration skills, be unpretentious, and help where needed. Since many of our tasks involve simplifying processes, it is beneficial if you have a high initiative and are used to taking responsibility and driving tasks to completion.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
MERITORIOUS
- Experience with FM processes, organization, and logistics operations is meritorious
- Experience in handling master data
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of agile working methods

The position is a permanent full-time employment as a civilian employee and begins with a 6-month probationary period for those who are not employed within the Swedish Armed Forces.
Work location: Enköping
Start date according to agreement.
