Your Role

Our production unit is facing many interesting challenges. While we implement several capacity-enhancing measures, we are also investing long-term in developing our unit with digitization and automation. Therefore, we are now looking for several production engineers in various areas and specializations who want to make a difference!

As a production engineer, you will contribute to developing methods and flows as well as preparing and supporting the production of existing products. You will be responsible for ensuring that the production department has the right equipment and prepares production documentation such as assembly instructions and operation lists. An important part of our work involves continuous improvements and development of our production.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying for this role are an educated production engineer, engineer, or equivalent at the university level, preferably in one or more areas of automation, robotics, or production development. We are also looking for a production engineer with an educational background in chemistry, or alternatively, you may have previous experience in explosive materials technology.

Furthermore, you are a curious person who enjoys working in teams and is constantly moving forward. Your work is structured, and you are persistent, both when it comes to selling an idea you believe in and in the execution where you follow through until all goals are met.

In this position, you will have regular contact with several different functions, so we see that you are attentive, service-minded, and have the ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English to thrive in this role.
