ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a driven economics student for a summer job in accounts payable on behalf of our client. You will be part of a team that is collectively responsible for ensuring that the group's accounts payable are managed efficiently and correctly. Even though it is vacation season during the assignment, there will always be a colleague on-site to provide support and assistance when needed.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone who can start working part-time immediately for good training before the summer. After that, we hope you can work full-time between June and mid-August. For the right person, there may also be opportunities for additional part-time work in the fall. Our client has their office located in Kungsholmen, and you are expected to work on-site throughout the assignment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, register, and pay supplier invoices from partners around the world
- Supplier reconciliation, bookkeeping, as well as follow-up and investigative work
- Register new suppliers
- Service and support to suppliers and users
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying economics at a university or college and has at least 2 years left of studies
- Has previous experience in bookkeeping or has studied economics in high school, as the work requires an understanding of the basics of accounting
- Has very good skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as work may occur in both languages
- Can work 1-2 days a week starting from March/April and then full-time during the summer
