Starfinder is looking for a driven and car-savvy person for sales support at a workshop chain. If you have experience in the automotive industry and with spare parts and accessories, this could be the job for you!

As part of the sales department, you will work with customer support for spare parts and accessories for trucks and agricultural vehicles. This means you will assist dealers and workshops with spare parts and accessories-related inquiries. Together, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and service.

Your tasks will include:

• Using our case management system to handle and resolve support cases.
• Helping workshops find parts in systems and spare parts catalogs and managing other related inquiries.
• Managing the email inbox and responding to incoming cases.
• Performing other administrative tasks and routines in the department.

The position is based in northern Stockholm.

Your profile:

To match the role, we believe you have:

• Good car knowledge and an interest in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with spare parts and accessories; experience from the heavy side is highly meritorious.
• The ability to work systematically with case management systems and email.
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Application:

This role is part of Starfinder's consulting operations, which means you will be employed by Starfinder but work on-site at our client. The job entails a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder, along with a consultant manager who is there to support you.
