We are now looking for a property caretaker at Hotellgruppen Brommavik who appreciates customer contact and enjoys varied tasks on a full-time basis.

Who are we?

Hotellgruppen Brommavik is a family-owned property company in Stockholm. Our property portfolio includes industrial properties and hotel properties. We are a small team that collaborates to develop innovative solutions and work with a service-oriented approach.

What will you be working on?

At Hotellgruppen Brommavik, you will work on delivering daily operations and
development of properties. This is a role where you will have a lot of responsibility while also having close access to colleagues when needed.

The position includes tasks such as:

• supervision, maintenance, and repairs
• participating in projects and other assignments
• advisory role in technical matters
  
• being an active initiator in the daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and externally
  
  

Who are you?

You are a proactive and independent property caretaker who takes responsibility for your daily tasks on your own. Your humility and flexibility allow you to easily adapt to various tasks that may arise during the day, such as technical maintenance and some carpentry. Since you have contact with both customers and colleagues, you possess good collaboration skills and are communicative, creating a safe and well-managed environment.

We are looking for you:

• A qualification in property management, operations, or equivalent
• 3 years of work experience or more as a property caretaker or carpenter
  
• A holistic understanding of problem-solving for property maintenance
  
• Good skills in both spoken and written Swedish and proficiency in English
• Comfortable using a computer and phone as a natural part of your work
• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or ventilation is an advantage.
• Driver's license B
