About You:

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe that this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We prioritize participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you as an Operations Consultant often belong to those in the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
