Amphenol ConneXus is looking for an Accountant who wants to strengthen the team and become part of the dynamic finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks within accounting and financial administration.

Amphenol ConneXus is part of a large international group with its parent company in the USA. The company is located in bright and pleasant offices in Solna.

The company is currently undergoing a transition to the SAP Business One business system, and work with this system will be included in the role. Experience with SAP Business One, as well as previous experience in system implementation, is an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming mail and emails
• Registration and management of supplier invoices
• Ongoing bookkeeping, e.g. cash/bank and incoming payments
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements (can also be extended with reconciliations)
• Support during internal and external audits
• Handling customer reminders
• Review and management of expenses
• Rebilling of staff to other Amphenol companies (including updates during changes)
• Administration and archiving of contracts as well as updating registers for leased cars
• Administration of parking spaces and company cars
• Ad hoc investigations and other tasks that may arise in the area

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role and good knowledge of accounting
• Detail-oriented and structured with a sense of order
• Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Employment conditions

• Full-time - The role is a Temp-to-Hire position, and you will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara for 6 months, after which the role will transition to an employment with Amphenol ConneXus if both parties agree.
• Scope: full-time, 40-hour work week
• Location: Solna with the possibility of hybrid work
