Ettiketto is hiring an Internal Sales Representative
Ettiketto is currently the only full-service provider in Sweden that can offer both self-adhesive labels and proprietary labeling systems. We currently have around 250 employees with production in Malmö, Arlöv, Helsingborg, and Åtvidaberg.
About the position - Internal Sales Representative
Ettiketto AB is now looking for an internal sales representative for its internal team in Helsingborg for a long-term employment. The position mainly involves managing the company's large customers in combination with some smaller customers. The role is based on very close collaboration with the internal team, which primarily consists of field sales representatives, Key Account Indoor Sales, and internal sales representatives who together drive new customer sales, maintain ongoing customer contact, develop and nurture customers.
Furthermore, the position includes responsibility for own smaller customers and handling of quotes, order placements, sales, ongoing contact, and budget responsibility. Improvement work for both the environment and quality also constitutes an important and large part of the job - this may involve participating in audits, complaints, and deviation management.
Location: Helsingborg
Employment type: Full-time/Permanent
Working hours: Weekdays, daytime (08:00-16:30)
Start date: By agreement
The work area is broad and includes, among other things:
- Handling of order placements, order confirmations, order follow-ups, and ongoing contact with customers
- Contact with buyers and preparing call-off lists in the business system
- Contact with different departments of customers related to the products
- Drive, maintain, and develop customer relationships
- Receive complaints from customers, prepare internal complaint documentation, and ensure feedback to the customer
- Drive and develop sales activities
- Establish sales plans and conduct outreach to both current and potential customers
- Participate in customer meetings both digitally and physically, joint visits with field sales representatives or sales managers - assist with proposals, material samples, print samples, and prepare quotes and calculations in consultation with the team
- Create reference calculations, dies, and articles in the business system
- Monitor competitor activities and assist with competitor analysis
- Update the company's business system with current information, the company's pricing, and price lists for customers
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience in similar work within sales and customer care
- A strong customer focus and enjoys a social job
- Good technical understanding and interest - this to guide customers in the best way
- Good computer skills and experience working in business systems
- Good experience working in Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
The role of internal sales representative also requires that you are an engaged, contact-creating, and driven person. It is especially important that you enjoy a service-oriented role where order, structure, and accuracy characterize the work. The work is performed in close contact with others in the company and the team, which makes collaboration and team spirit important!
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in label production or a similar industry.
