Lycksele Hospital is an emergency hospital with an important geographical location in central Västerbotten County. The catchment area, with about 40,000 inhabitants, is as large as Switzerland.

The hospital provides emergency care and maternity services with nearly 600 employees and around 80 care beds, and is one of the three emergency hospitals in the county. To offer safe and secure care in an area with large geographical distances, the hospital has developed pre-hospital care with well-trained and experienced staff.

The county's ambulance helicopter is stationed here and performs more than 500 missions per year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better. You work in a professional manner, always keeping the patient in focus. As a nurse, you will ensure the patients' medical and specific care needs and then plan and prioritize the actions to be taken.

The role of a nurse also requires your ability to lead and motivate other care staff to create a good working environment and provide quality care together. The work requires independence and problem-solving skills, as well as making ongoing decisions in the right order.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should have a nursing license.
