Then this could be the job for you. In this position, we are looking for someone who is motivated by seeing people develop and achieve their goals! To thrive in this role, we see that you want to work in a structured and creative way to identify the most suitable pathways for individuals into the labor market. You will work within the framework of the 'Steps to Work' service, where you guide a group of participants through both individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. Those participating in the 'Steps to Work' service are a diverse group of people who all need practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their opportunities for employment. You will collaborate with colleagues such as occupational therapists, study and career counselors, and language support. Your main tasks- Scheduling and planning of activities and interventions
- Individual-based skills mapping
- Support during activity execution and at real workplaces
- Conduct follow-ups at workplaces
- Give lectures and conduct individual conversations
- Administration and documentation
- Collaboration and dialogue with the Employment Service
- Has at least 2 years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine
- Has 1 year of experience at least part-time in individual or group guidance/coaching of people with mental or physical health issues or disabilities in the last 3 years
- Has good communication skills in speech and writing
- Is responsible, relationship-building, and organized
- Has good labor market knowledge and local awareness
