About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Multihuset, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Apoteket Multihuset is located in Ön, a rapidly growing part of Limhamn. We are a small close-knit group of four employees who look forward to welcoming you to our team. Apoteket Multihuset is part of the same pharmacy group as Apoteket Västra hamnen and has a close collaboration between the pharmacies.

Our customer base mainly consists of regulars, including families with children and the elderly, and we value the close contact with both customers and colleagues. Here you will have the opportunity to work with the entire pharmacy's operations and make a difference for our customers.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of work

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
