Sales Manager for Grocery, Beverages, and Confectionery

We are now looking for a sales manager who wants to join us on our journey to an even better destination for food joy and service. The store has a role focused on value for money, customer service, and modern operations, where food and meals are at the center. With us, you will be part of our operations team but will be responsible for the operational management of grocery, beverages, and confectionery. This includes everything from routines to assortment, actively working towards goals and budgets. We are looking for a team player who works for the team's and the store's best interests. Working with us at ICA Supermarket Bjästa means being employed in the store, and all store tasks may be relevant.

In addition to the above, previous experience in retail, ICA experience, computer skills, a driver's license, a passion for food, and training in the industry such as BLU, FLU, or equivalent are advantageous.

The position is full-time, primarily during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur.

Salary and start date are according to agreement, with personal development and paid training offered.
