Your Responsibilities

Process and Product Optimization:

• Work with process and product optimization to achieve set goals.
• Monitor and actively drive efficiency and profitability within production.
• Develop technologies, production methods, and energy systems.

Collaboration and Support:

• Support and assist various departments to achieve long-term goals.
• Contribute significantly to continuous improvements through technology and development meetings.
• Support competence development within production and maintenance.

Project Management and Development:

• Lead projects as a project manager and/or support other projects.
• Ensure that CI (Continuous Improvement), investments, and projects are executed according to goals and budget.
• Lead and coordinate trials in collaboration with other functions.

Product Development and Quality Work:

• Participate in product meetings and product development together with the management team, quality, and relevant functions.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or equivalent competence through education and/or work experience. You likely have experience from the process industry, and it is advantageous if you have worked in the paper industry. Experience in project management and driving change initiatives is a plus, as the role involves a strong focus on development and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you find it easy to collaborate with others while also being able to work independently. You enjoy taking on challenging goals and have a strong drive to follow up and complete your tasks. Additionally, you are meticulous and have a high safety awareness.

Since the role involves communication with various stakeholders, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms. You also have good knowledge of the Office suite.
