Are you a flexible and detail-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks?

We are looking for part-time employees for our freight administration department. In this role, you will primarily work with freight management, which requires you to be structured and quick to absorb new information.

You should be at least 18 years old, have good computer skills, and be able to navigate between different systems easily. Be flexible and available to work as needed. Have the ability to work both day and evening shifts, as well as on weekdays and weekends.

Operations/Job Responsibilities

Cargo Center is an air freight company located in the Cargo City freight area at Arlanda. We work with many of the larger players in both of our customer categories, freight forwarders and airlines. For them, we handle both import and export goods from all corners of the world.

Export

Register and verify that all freight documentation is correct and that the goods are safe to be flown or transported by truck.

Manifest and send messages to airlines and freight forwarders according to given deadlines.

Import

Notify consignees, verify that the goods are okay to release, and collect payment from cash customers.

We are looking for someone who is good at collaborating and communicates well with both colleagues and customers to meet set deadlines.

The work can sometimes be stressful, and you should be someone who can perform under tight deadlines.

Having a strong safety mindset and understanding the importance of following routines and manuals to never compromise safety is incredibly important to us.

Working Hours

Shift work, from 06:00 to 24:00 every day of the week, year-round.

We have the following basic requirements for the position:

- Approved three-year high school diploma

- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

- Fluent in speaking and reading English

- B driver's license and access to a car – as working hours may sometimes fall outside public transport schedules.
