Job Advertisement: Chef and Serving Staff at Queen Victoria's Hotel

Queen Victoria's Hotel and Rest Home is located in Borgholm and is owned by a royal foundation. We offer relaxing stays in a magical environment, with an adjoining park. The hotel has 20 rooms, all without TVs and all with private bathrooms and toilets. The hotel has a restaurant with full rights to serve alcohol.
The rest home opens in early May and closes after the Öland Harvest Festival. Our guests appreciate the tranquility we offer combined with beautiful period furniture. On Thursdays in July, we hold music evenings in the park with local musicians and simple dishes. Free entry contributes to many visitors.
We offer a two-course dinner every evening served at 6:00 PM. The number of guests varies from 5 to 30, but pre-booking is required.
During music evenings (Thursdays in July), we offer a simpler dish served in the park.
Sometimes we have larger orders where our hourly chef comes to assist.
The position includes baking pastries served to arriving guests in the afternoon.
We offer full-time, part-time, and hourly positions starting from the end of May to the end of August, or part of the period.
The position can be combined with other tasks at the rest home.
