The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide care and social support based on the individual needs of the care recipients.

You assist the care recipient in daily life and contribute to the feeling of security through attentive and professional interaction, as well as planning and executing daily activities for a pleasant living environment. Your work as a nursing assistant also includes, among other things, case management, establishing individual implementation plans according to IBIC, and social documentation.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you enjoy working in a team and have an easy time meeting and collaborating with others. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach to residents and colleagues. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new things and actively participate in the development of the organization. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

is a trained nursing assistant
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

have experience in the profession as a nursing assistant
hold a B driver's license

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Nursing, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title.
