About the position

In this flexible position, you will work in two private residences, a villa north of Stockholm and an apartment in Stockholm city. Your main task is to clean carefully and professionally and maintain order in the homes. It is important that you understand that you are in someone's home and have a sense of how to perform the work without taking up too much space for the residents. In addition to the main cleaning tasks, the position also includes assisting every other week with driving the two teenagers living in the villa to their extracurricular activities; a car is available for this purpose. The villa also has a dog that you will take for walks regularly.

There are two other employees in the villa north of Stockholm with whom you will work closely and, to some extent, together. One of your colleagues takes care of the cooking in the home, while the other manages the garden and pool area. Your responsibility will be to keep the home professionally clean.

The working hours are flexible and determined based on needs from week to week. Some weeks there is more work and others less.

The position is a permanent employment at 75% with a standard six-month probation period.

For the right person, the position can later develop into a full-time position, if desired.

The start date for the position is immediate.

Since the position does not have fixed working hours, we see that you are flexible and have access to a car to easily get to the workplace when needed. To succeed in the role, it is crucial that you are meticulous and passionate about cleaning and have the ability to perform the work in the best way without taking up too much space for the residents. You should not be afraid of dogs and also not allergic since the role involves assisting with the family's dog. Furthermore, the role requires that you have a good ability to collaborate as you will work closely with the two other employees in the villa north of Stockholm. Since the resident in Stockholm city only speaks Swedish, it is important that you master the Swedish language without hindrance so that communication can occur in a good and clear manner.

Other personal qualities are also valued.

Salary: The compensation for the position is 25,000 SEK/month for a corresponding 75% working degree. In addition to the fixed compensation, there is an opportunity for an annual individual bonus.
