Are you ready to take on your next challenge in an exciting company that puts new technology on the map?
Teledyne FLIR develops high-tech thermal cameras with the latest technology in IR and is now looking for several people for their production department. In this role, you will work both practically and analytically with the assembly of IR products, primarily within border surveillance and defense applications.

Teledyne FLIR Systems is a world leader in its field and is growing as a company. They work with the latest technology through high-tech thermal cameras that are both developed and produced in the company. In this role, you will fit well if you have a strong interest in technology and want to develop in a cutting-edge company.
You will be part of a cool company that produces everything from security cameras to drones. In this role, you will have the chance to get to know a large part of Teledyne FLIR as you will collaborate with several departments. Your immediate team will consist of about six to eight people, and together you will build, test, and ensure the quality of Teledyne FLIR's products. Read more about Teledyne FLIR on their website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
Your tasks will primarily consist of assembly, testing, and verification of advanced IR products. You will also participate in the development of test instructions, test equipment, status monitoring, and troubleshooting. You may also participate in final inspections together with the customer. There are good opportunities for your own initiatives through continuous improvements, which are a central point in our operations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed a high school education in technology or a similar field.
- Has previous experience working practically.
- Has knowledge of the Office package.
- Has a strong technical interest.
- Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English as both languages are used daily.
You must be meticulous and have analytical skills regarding both technology and administration. You must be practically inclined (not have two left hands). Being able to take significant personal responsibility where planning and working both in a team and independently are important qualities.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in a Linux environment and IR technology.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of optics.
- Previous experience working in production.
