About the Company

Emploid is currently looking for a Warehouse Worker on behalf of a client, with an immediate start for a temporary assignment. The client company operates in the construction industry and needs to strengthen its operations in Malmö with an additional Warehouse Worker. More information about the company will be provided during a phone interview.

The position is a consultancy assignment where employment is through us at Emploid. Emploid is a member of the Competence Companies, which is an industry and employer organization within Almega. About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker, you will have the opportunity to join a well-established company and support the business in its ongoing development journey. Initially, you will have the chance to shadow and learn from a more senior colleague. Your main responsibilities include receiving and handling deliveries, ensuring that installers receive the right materials on time, and planning and executing purchases of consumables and accessories. You will work closely with salespeople, installers, and installation managers to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time.

In more detail, the position involves:

- Loading, unloading, and handling incoming and outgoing deliveries

- Preparing and ensuring that installers have the right materials for their assignments

- Purchasing installation materials

- Conducting quarterly inventories

- Maintaining and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and structured

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with significant responsibility and enjoys working in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You are meticulous and organized with an eye for detail and the ability to ensure everything runs smoothly. You have a natural drive to improve and streamline work processes and are willing to question old routines when you see opportunities for change.

Since you will be working closely with installers, salespeople, and project managers, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and can communicate clearly and professionally. You will not be in a sales role, but you are social and skilled at building good relationships with colleagues and customers who pick up materials from the warehouse.

Additionally, the following are required for the position:

- Completed upper secondary education

- Documented experience in warehouse work

- Good understanding of logistics and warehouse flows

- Forklift license

- Very good knowledge of Swedish

- A technical interest

The following are meritorious:

- Experience working in the construction industry

Additional Information

Start: Immediately

Location: Malmö

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: Monday-Friday, daytime

Salary: Hourly wage of 180 SEK/h - 190 SEK/h
