About the Job

In this flexible position, you will work in two private residences, a villa in Vallentuna and an apartment on Strandvägen in Stockholm. Your main task is to thoroughly and professionally clean and organize the homes. It is important that you understand you are in someone's home and have a sense of how to perform the work without taking up too much space for the residents. In addition to the main cleaning tasks, the job also includes assisting every other week to drive the two teenagers living in the villa to their leisure activities; a car is available for this purpose. There is also a dog that you will take for walks at regular intervals.

There are two other employees in the villa in Vallentuna that you will work closely with and to some extent together with. One of your colleagues handles cooking in the home and the other takes care of the garden and pool area. Your responsibility will be to keep the home professionally clean.

The working hours are flexible and determined based on needs from week to week. Some weeks there is more work and others less.

The position is a permanent employment at 75% with a standard probationary period of six months.

For the right person, the position can later develop into a full-time job, if desired.

The start date for the position is immediate.

Vallentuna (primary workplace) and Strandvägen in Stockholm.

• Fluent Swedish in speech
• Experience in cleaning, e.g., in hotels or private residences
• Driving license B (manual transmission)
• Access to a personal car

Since the position does not have fixed working hours, we see that you are flexible and have access to a car to easily reach the workplace when needed. To succeed in the role, it is crucial that you are meticulous and passionate about cleaning and have the ability to carry out the work in the best way without taking up too much space for the residents. You should not be afraid of dogs and also not allergic as it is part of the role to assist with the family's dog. Furthermore, the role requires you to have a good ability to cooperate since you will work closely with the two other employees in the villa in Vallentuna. Since the resident on Strandvägen in Stockholm only speaks Swedish, it is important that you master the Swedish language without hindrance so that communication can take place in a good and clear manner.

Other personal qualities are also valued.

Salary: The compensation for the position is 25,000 SEK/month for the equivalent of 75% working hours. In addition to the fixed compensation, there is an opportunity for an annual individual bonus.
