We are looking for someone with a natural talent for coordinating, prioritizing, and solving challenges with a focus on quality and efficiency. As a Planner, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our cars are delivered in top condition and on time, while creating structure and building successful collaborations with both internal and external parties.

You will be responsible for planning the workshop work based on priorities and ensuring that the next station always has vehicles to work with. Your work will be essential in ensuring continuous production and delivery of high-quality cars.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and Follow-up
  • Be responsible for the daily planning of workshop tasks in our internal booking system.
  • Create, monitor, and adjust plans to ensure optimal lead times.
• Prioritization and Problem Solving
  • Ensure that the right work is prioritized, including customer cars, deliveries, and deviations.
  • Handle deviations quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions in production.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Coordinate activities with external partners, such as car workshops, to manage challenges.
  • Ensure clear internal communication and escalate issues to the right contact person when necessary.
  • Collaborate with parts managers to ensure that technicians have the right resources.
• Operational Presence
  • Follow the work in the workshop to ensure that planning is adhered to and adjust as necessary.
  • Support the team in detailing and painting to ensure the right number of cars at the right time.
• Quality Assurance
  • Document, track, and follow up on cars to guarantee high-quality and flawless production.
  • Manage any identified deviations in production and ensure solutions.

This summary ensures that both daily operations and long-term quality are met through effective planning, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Who are you?

• You have solid experience in production planning and a strong technical understanding, preferably within the automotive industry or workshop.
• You are a structured and proactive problem solver who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are a communicative team player who enjoys collaborating with different teams and partners, but can also work independently.
• You have very good computer skills and knowledge of relevant systems, and hold a B driver's license.
• You are flexible, socially competent, and used to navigating in a dynamic work environment.
