ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant as a substitute when needed and as a summer substitute for our client just outside Luleå.

The working hours vary but are scheduled as follows:

  • 07:45 AM - 01:00 PM
  • 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
  • 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
  • 09:00 PM - 07:45 AM
  • During weekends, day shifts are scheduled from 09:00 AM to 08:00/09:00 PM, and night shifts from 09:00 PM to 09:00/10:00 AM

The work is scheduled for 50% during weeks 25 & 26, 70% during weeks 27-31, and occasional shifts at the beginning of August. The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and nights. Both weekdays and weekends.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys physical activities, bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, including household chores
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with autism
  • Experience with low-affect responses

Employment rate: Substitutes as needed + Summer substitute at 50-70% during weeks 25-31, and occasional shifts in August.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
