Forenede Care AB has been operating the special accommodation Bangårdsgatan since April 2023 on behalf of Östersund Municipality. The accommodation offers 80 apartments spread over four floors. Bangårdsgatan also features a terrace with views of the Oviksfjällen.

We are now looking for nursing assistants/caregivers who want to work throughout the summer or part of it.

We work in teams consisting of nursing staff, nurses, team leaders, assistant managers, and managers.

Our work makes a difference in the daily lives of the elderly. Care will be characterized by a holistic view of the individual and is based on the fundamental idea that the elderly have the ability to choose how they want to live their lives with support from staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Care work where the citizen's will and needs are always at the center. You are responsible, together with other staff, for planning and executing daily care work with a strong focus on quality.

We work with a contact person system where care work is based on the individual's needs and wishes. It is of utmost importance that you meet our citizens and their relatives in a warm and heartfelt manner. The work includes documentation in Viva, which means you must be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education or caregiver experience. Previous experience in elderly care/dementia care is an advantage. The job requires some computer skills. The work requires that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people, is attentive to others' needs, has a good attitude, and good collaboration skills. As a person, you easily adapt to new situations, are flexible, independent, and have a positive view of new challenges. Other valuable qualities include a sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail. You provide our citizens and their relatives with a warm welcome and work according to our values. You are a good representative of our organization. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

Working hours: varying

Start date: As soon as possible, or by agreement

Day and evening shifts. Night shifts.

Hourly substitute

A background check may be required.

Forenede Care has a collective agreement. Individual salary setting.
