Chef for New Restaurant – Focus on Traditional Swedish and Thai Cuisine!

We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef who wants to help create something unique! Our new restaurant, opening in late spring/early summer 2025, will offer an exciting menu that blends Thai flavors, sushi, and above all, classic Swedish comfort food – with a particular focus on plank steak!

What we are looking for:

• You have experience in cooking, menu planning, kitchen management, and handling ingredients, and have worked in a kitchen before.
• You have experience in preparing both Thai food, sushi, and traditional Swedish dishes, with a love for developing traditional recipes in new ways.
• You are meticulous, responsible, creative, and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• You are solution-oriented and have an eye for detail and quality.
• You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and basic written, to communicate effectively with colleagues and handle orders and instructions.
• You are a team player and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
