About the Company
Rouge is one of Umeå's most popular student nightclubs, known for its vibrant nightlife and fantastic atmosphere. We offer karaoke and DJs that attract a large and diverse student crowd every night. We are now looking for an energetic bartender to strengthen our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drinks quickly and efficiently according to club standards
- Handle large volumes of orders during busy nights
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the bar
- Manage cash and card payments
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with other bartenders, waitstaff, and security personnel to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cocktails and shots
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Flexible with working hours; willing to work late nights and weekends
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of alcohol laws

- Ability to stay calm and organized in a hectic environment
