About the position: In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for our customer service for our O’Learys restaurants and Sing Sing Karaoke. This means you will receive and manage all calls, emails, and messages from new and returning guests, answering questions, booking tables/activities/corporate events/kids' parties, and delegating calls to the managers at each location. You will work in the Hubspot CRM system, answer the phone, enter bookings in the Caspeco booking system, and manage messages/reviews on Google, Facebook, and Tripadvisor.

You will be part of a wonderful small team where results and quality are prioritized. You will work both independently and with others in the office, where we highly value a pleasant work environment and that everyone in the team contributes to a good working atmosphere!

As our goal is to create an outstanding customer experience, the role of Customer Service Representative is incredibly important and valuable to us, as the guest's first interaction with our restaurants often takes place here!

About you:

  • A cheerful, social, and organized person who loves customer service and customer relations!
  • You have previous experience in customer service and sales, and have experience working with various booking systems (e.g., Caspeco) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) or similar
  • It is a plus if you have worked in a restaurant and previously handled bookings within restaurants and events
  • You are skilled at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
  • You are flexible, patient, quick-thinking, and solution-focused, doing everything in your power to provide our guests with the best experience possible

Scope: 50-75%

Working hours: Varied hours, weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Phone hours are every day from 10 AM to 9 PM.

Location: Call Center office, Skolgatan 64, O’Learys Umeå.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary or hourly wage depending on the extent of employment.
