About the position

Annehem Fastigheter is a Swedish publicly listed real estate company with properties in Skåne, Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Helsinki, among others. They create attractive and long-term sustainable properties where their tenants can develop and thrive. Annehem Fastigheter is now looking for a Technical and Operations Manager who wants to help take both the properties and the company to the next level.

As a Technical and Operations Manager at Annehem Fastigheter, you will play a central role in developing and optimizing property operations within the organization. You will be the technical expert supporting property managers, facility managers, and external operation partners in everything from energy optimization to the implementation of smart systems. It is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically, as well as manage projects for various improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be an important part of the company's sustainability efforts, where you will actively contribute to reducing energy consumption and implementing innovative, environmentally friendly solutions in the property portfolio.

Your future responsibilities

• Ensure that properties are operated optimally and energy-efficiently.
• Implement and further develop technical solutions and digital systems.
• Monitor property technical systems such as electricity, HVAC, and control systems.
• Be a requirements setter during procurement and investments.
• Educate and support colleagues in technical matters.
• Work to find new ways to reduce environmental impact.

Who are you?

You are a technically driven problem solver with an eye for detail and a passion for making properties smarter, more energy-efficient, and better for both tenants and the environment. We hope that you have:

• Post-secondary education in property technology, construction engineering, energy, or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role within operations, technical management, or contracting.
• Good knowledge of property technical systems such as electricity, HVAC, ventilation, control, fire, and access.
• Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards within HVAC, energy, elevators, fire, and electricity.
• Experience working with energy optimization and sustainable solutions, preferably within commercial properties or residential buildings.
• Knowledge of contracting law.
• IT and systems proficiency.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
