Appointment Setter Wanted for Telebooking Department

We are now looking for an appointment setter with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role for our fantastic Telebooking department at our headquarters in Linköping. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for offering our services to potential customers and ensuring they get in touch with us.

What does the position entail?

As an appointment setter in the Telebooking department, you will be part of a team focused on helping families secure their homes. Your main task will be to schedule appointments for a free security consultation conducted by our security experts at the customer's home. Our primary goal is satisfied customers, so we see it as a given that you have a high sense of service.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:15 and Friday 08:00-16:00. Evening and weekend work may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Is driven to work towards set goals
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is free from remarks in the criminal record
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable contacting customers by phone
